iPod marketing – how things have changed.

I got my old iPod out the other day and was comparing it to my roommate’s new Nano (not the newest Nano, but the squarier one released a little over a year ago). I was just thinking of how things have changed. So, I went to You Tube and grabbed the first iPod commercial (as far as I know this was the first and it’s the first that I remembered seeing). It’s really amazing how things have changed. This commercial even had music by the Propellorheads. I had that CD.

Just 1,000 songs in your pocket? That’s all you got? Ha!

Fast-forward to 2008 – So pretty and sophisticated. In 7 or 8 years these will be hideous. Music is “Bruises” by Chairlift. Gonna have to pick that one up.
